The Laughter Wellness method is a whole brain-and-body wellness and well-being workout. It’s a non-pharmacological, complementary and safe approach to dis-ease that helps improve physical, psychological, emotional and social health and ultimately the quality of life. It does not require specialized preparations, such as suitable facilities and equipment, and it is easily accessible and acceptable. Laughter Wellness incorporates a series of cognitive-behavioral therapies to spark laughter, arouse smiling, pleasant feelings and positive energies, and offer a whole new way of unleashing positivity, peace of mind and promoting multiple aspects of wellbeing.
It was created by Sebastian Gendry, a France-born American expert in laughter for wellness and wellbeing.
